<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join our Transaction Processing Product team as part of the Core Banking Modernization Group within Consumer and Business Deposits. We are seeking a talented product manager to support the transformation of our account ledger and transaction processing capabilities. This role is critical in shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer accounts and transactions across the bank.</p> <p>Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership by shaping product direction, priorities, and long-term planning in support of core banking modernization efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Define and own the product roadmap for account ledger and transaction processing in alignment with modernization objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver large-scale, long-term solutions requiring creativity, innovation, and structured problem-solving across enterprise systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross-functional alignment with business partners to shape future of product definitions and strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring clarity for engineering and delivery teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide direction on product design and functionality, balancing business needs with operational integrity and controls adherence.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate highly complex activities and dependencies across multiple teams, providing guidance and leadership throughout delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a subject matter expert on ledger/transaction domain.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor product health through KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategically engage with partners across enterprise to influence prioritization, alignment, and user adoption.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology or transformation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize input and drive strategic outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience with Agile, JIRA or Confluence</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working on core banking modernization or digital transformation programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Domain experience with ledger architecture, posting rules, or settlement logic.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand real-time processing systems, event-driven architecture, and micro-services.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior engagement with risk, compliance, or control partners in regulated environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of deposit products and account lifecycle strategies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>This position offers a hybrid work schedule. </li></ul> <p>Locations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>401 S Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina</p> </li><li> <p>3075 Loyalty Circle, Columbus, Ohio</p> </li><li> <p>150 E 42nd St, New York City, New York</p> </li></ul> <p>Required locations listed above.</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <ul> <li>New York City, New York: $120,400- $287,600 annual base salary </li></ul> <p>Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.</p> <p>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.</p> <p>Please note: Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
