In this vital role, you'll support daily operations, take responsibility for opening and closing procedures, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Creating best in class luxury experience customers</p> </li><li> <p>Achieving sales goals, conversion expectations, KPI's and all service responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise</p> </li><li> <p>Handling customers' concerns and issues in a professional manner</p> </li><li> <p>Clienteling: Follow through on all assigned targeted outreach data lists (BOPS, SF Scheduler, Online Geo targeted list). Build a personal repeat business of Fashionphile with client books, outreach and customer retention</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence: Duties to include the processing of goods for Authentication, Procurement, Visual Display, store cleanliness standards, Returns, Order Pick Ups and Selling.
