<p>Summit Express Clinics is seeking a Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT) to join their practice. This is a PRN opportunity.</p> <p>Examples of Duties (List does not include all duties assigned)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepares patients for radiologic procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety, including proper use of shielding equipment, and OSHA requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures equipment is in working order. Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes radiologic logs and other paperwork in a timely, thorough and accurate manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains examination rooms. Stocks necessary medical and radiologic supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops, processes, and / or files radiologic film based on site protocol.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with other clinical procedures as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains required and appropriate certifications, including radiologic and CPR.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains strict confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to all aspects of the corporate compliance plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively participates in site-level Quality Improvement Activities. Each employee will contribute to the continual evaluation site performance as well as the implementation and measurement of improvement activities that increase the quality of care provided to patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs related tasks as requested by supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>At least six months experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.</p> <p>Certification/License</p> <p>Current CPR certification, current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration (ARRT), and State of Tennessee Medical X-Ray Operator Full Certification License required.</p>
