<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Troops to Technician program salutes our military "maintainers" by providing an evolutionary pathway towards a rewarding career as Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMT).</p> <p>This position services, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, preserves, maintains, and overhauls aircraft, aircraft systems, and aircraft components in accordance with policies, procedures, requirements, and specifications established by the company, applicable government agencies, and aircraft manufacturers as contained in approved Maintenance Manuals.</p> <p>The program bridges military experience to commercial aviation, maintaining high-quality standards and supporting transitioning Veterans, military spouses, and service members in building a sustainable aviation career.</p> <p>Program Details & Eligibility</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pilot: Program initially piloted with transitioning Veterans from MacDill AFB;
