<p>Status: Exempt / Salary</p> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Paid Holidays</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)</p> <ul> <li>Supervise teachers in the implementation of the Early Learning Outcome Framework (ELOF) and curricula </li><li>Train & mentor in appropriate teaching strategies </li><li>Assist in coordination of Staff Development plans of teaching staff </li><li>Coordinate and implement developmental screening and assessments </li><li>Support Pre-school teacher's implementation of high-quality interaction as defined by CLASS or best practices for infant & toddler services </li><li>Coordinate the collection, analysis, communication, and dissemination of data </li><li>Oversight of mental health and disability service delivery </li><li>In charge of daily schedule of classroom staff, which may include substituting in the classroom </li><li>Conduct ongoing monitoring of classrooms </li><li>Establish and maintain working relationships with the local school districts, therapists, mental health providers, and childcare partners to facilitate advocacy and referrals for identified needs </li><li>Complete record keeping and reporting per prescribed timelines </li><li>Ensure teaching staff comply with policies and procedures </li><li>Supervise teachers and conduct their annual performance evaluations </li><li>Ensure classrooms have materials needed to implement curriculum with fidelity </li><li>Assist in the coordination of parent meetings </li><li>Oversee the implementation of the Fatherhood activities </li><li>Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records </li><li>Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure and stressful conditions </li><li>Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with </li><li>CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices </li><li>Ensure compliance with CC Idaho, local, state, federal, and other applicable regulations, and standards </li><li>(if applicable): Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with Early Head Start - Child Care Partners (EHS-CCP) partner site policies, procedures, and safety practices </li><li>Mentor teachers and provide input for teachers' annual performance evaluations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Benefits</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or a related field or a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance </li><li>Must pass physical examination and background checks, including state day care clearance </li><li>Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis </li><li>Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>CLASS reliable </li><li>Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting </li></ul> <p>Required Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; and smell </li><li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work in an office or classroom setting; may be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is moderate to elevated</p> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>"CCI is a strong, non-profit agency to work with.
