With a culture grounded in collaboration and problem-solving, the team works cross-functionally to improve biomedical systems and facility performance across Lifepoint's national network.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A Manager of Clinical Engineering & Facilities who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops and implements standardized policies and procedures for clinical engineering across the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Leads biomedical equipment maintenance programs and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies including The Joint Commission and CMS</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees vendor contracts, budgets, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for biomedical services and the maintenance departments</p> </li><li> <p>Supports facilities integration with multiple 3rd party maintenance solutions while ensuring uninterrupted contract renewals and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with Directors of Facility Management (DFMs) to assess facility conditions, prioritize improvements, and support preventive maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Supports fire and life safety programs and ensures continuous readiness for accreditation</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as subject matter expert for clinical and plant infrastructure systems, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to local teams</p> </li><li> <p>Generates and analyzes compliance reports with follow-up action plans</p> </li><li> <p>Supports sourcing, vendor selection, and contract review for facilities-related services</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates onboarding and continuing education for facility maintenance staff</p> </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
