Project planning, data analysis, and drafting of reports. Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>50% - Essential - Team development and management: Recruiting and staffing employees for aquatic field crews. Coordinating field efforts and logistics among aquatic field crews,including communication, travel and housing. Oversight of gear allocation, maintenance, and purchasing.</p> <p>35% - Essential - Project development: Participate in scientific advising of graduate and undergraduate students; assist with data collection, analysis, and writing.
