<p>This is a Temporary Store Manager position, to be occupied on an interim basis. Once the assignment concludes, the individual will return to their previous position and rate of pay.</p> <p>Temporary position anticipated start date: 5/19/25</p> <p>Temporary position anticipated end date: 6/30/25</p> <p>Note: Anticipated dates are subject to change. You will have the opportunity to discuss the details of this temporary assignment at time of interview.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities as a Temporary Store Manager</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites</p> </li><li> <p>Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Improve sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies</p> </li><li> <p>Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties</p> </li><li> <p>Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area</p> </li><li> <p>Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations</p> </li><li> <p>Will work between multiple stores in the district.</p> </li><li> <p>This lcoation is closed on Sundays.</p> </li><li> <p>Day shift only: Office closes at 6pm.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are a current Extra Space employee, please apply through Jobs Hub in Workday.</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
