In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily shop operations, assign and manage work orders, and ensure a safe, well-organized workspace that meets all compliance standards. You'll also dive into advanced diagnostics, perform complex repairs, and keep our preventive maintenance schedules on track for multiple departments. From repairing vehicles and equipment to operating trucks and machinery when needed, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise every day.
