The ideal candidate will design personalized fitness programs, provide nutritional guidance, and motivate clients to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assess clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and goals </li><li>Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual needs </li><li>Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage </li><li>Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed </li><li>Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness habits </li><li>Ensure safety and injury prevention during training sessions </li><li>Lead both one-on-one and group fitness sessions </li><li>Maintain accurate client records and schedules </li><li>Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications </li><li>Administer CPR or first aid when necessary </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) </li><li>Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science </li><li>Excellent communication and motivational skills </li><li>Ability to adapt programs for clients with varying fitness levels </li><li>CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) </li><li>Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach preferred </li></ul>
