With a rich history spanning over 130 years, Boart Longyear is committed to delivering excellence in safety, drilling services, and technology.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Load powder and binder into the furnace according to specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor furnace and robotic systems using video surveillance and respond to any irregularities.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and update order progress using a computer system.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep pace with a fast-moving production line and ensure quality standards are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate any problems or delays to supervisors, leads, or the maintenance team.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Help meet or exceed daily production goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be authorized to work in US</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working with machinery and computer systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be dependable and punctual.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation, Benefits and Perks</p> <p>Talented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
