<p>WE ARE AUDIONOVA</p> <p>Where You Can Belong - Where You Can Grow - Where You Can Have An Impact</p> <p>Senior Manager, Marketing & Funnel Analytics</p> <p>Salary: $123,000.00-$140,000.00 + Bonus</p> <p>Location: Aurora, IL/Hybrid</p> <p>Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri</p> <p>Role Summary:</p> <p>The Sr. Manager, Marketing & Funnel Analytics is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across the full patient journey-from demand generation through appointment conversion and revenue realization.</p> <p>This role transforms data into actionable insights, enabling the organization to clearly understand performance, identify opportunities, and take action to drive growth.</p> <p>The role plays a critical part in elevating the organization from reporting to insight to action-building the visibility, accuracy, and analytical rigor required to improve marketing performance and patient outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Insight Generation & Decision Support</p> <ul> <li>Partner with executive leadership to shape performance narratives and inform strategic decisions </li><li>Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and proactively surface the highest-impact opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue </li><li>Quantify the impact of opportunities (e.g., conversion improvements, channel shifts, operational changes) </li><li>Partner with cross-functional leaders to inform decision-making and prioritization </li></ul> <p>Funnel Measurement & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Identify and quantify sources of lost demand and conversion inefficiencies across the patient journey </li><li>Standardize and maintain reporting across the full patient funnel (lead ? booking ? show ? evaluation ? revenue) </li><li>Ensure consistent definitions and alignment across marketing, call center, and clinic performance reporting </li><li>Identify, quantify, and prioritize performance trends and funnel leakage points </li></ul> <p>Attribution & Data Integrity</p> <ul> <li>Strengthen data integrity across systems to ensure accurate and reliable performance measurement </li><li>Partner with CRM and technology teams to build and enhance attribution capabilities, including integration of online and offline signals to improve end-to-end visibility </li><li>Improve visibility into true marketing impact across the patient journey </li></ul> <p>Forecasting & Scenario Modeling</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain forecasting models linking marketing inputs to revenue outcomes </li><li>Develop scenario analyses to quantify impact of performance improvements (e.g., conversion rate, show rate, channel mix) </li><li>Support planning and investment decisions with data-backed projections </li></ul> <p>Marketing & Website Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Analyze performance across digital channels and website experience </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve conversion (CRO insights, user behavior, path analysis) </li><li>Partner with performance and product teams to prioritize optimization efforts </li><li>Own governance of tagging standards (e.g., GTM, GA4, UTMs, campaign codes) and ensure consistent implementation across teams and vendors </li><li>Partner with analytics and technology teams to validate data integrity and resolve tracking gaps (e.g., offline conversions, booking attribution) </li></ul> <p>Dashboarding & Performance Visibility</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into funnel performance and marketing ROI </li><li>Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and focused on decision-making </li><li>Continuously improve how performance is communicated across the organization </li></ul> <p>Key Success Metrics</p> <ul> <li>Adoption and trust in funnel reporting </li><li>Measurable improvement in attribution accuracy and marketing contribution visibility </li><li>Quality and impact of insights delivered </li><li>Measurable improvements in conversion and funnel performance </li><li>Forecast accuracy and usefulness in planning </li><li>Speed of insight generation and decision support </li></ul> <p>Profile</p> <ul> <li>6-10+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar role </li><li>Strong experience analyzing multi-step funnels and conversion performance </li><li>Experience working with attribution, CRM, and cross-channel data </li><li>Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools; Python/R a plus) </li><li>Experience with digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe, etc.) </li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actions </li><li>Strong cross-functional collaborator (marketing, operations, technology) </li><li>Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location businesses preferred </li></ul> <p>We love to work with great people and strongly believe that a diverse team makes us better.
