<p>Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Director of Transformation will help build and scale our next-generation operating model. This role leads enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize how we work-across technology, data, and business processes-to improve visibility, decision-making, and execution as the company continues to grow.</p> <p>This leader operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology, and process excellence, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for driving structured transformation, improving process clarity, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence in practical, value-creating ways.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Employee Ownership (ESOP):?Company-funded retirement contribution of approximately 18% of pay, plus 401(k) </li><li>Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunity </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, and Pet Insurance </li><li>Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Fitness and tuition reimbursement programs </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enterprise Transformation & Operating Model Design</p> </li><li> <p>Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, improve collaboration, and increase transparency across business units and subsidiaries.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement scalable operating models that clarify decision rights, governance, and execution accountability.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with executive leadership to define and deliver transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy, growth, and acquisition integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process standardization, and modernization of systems and ways of working.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Documentation & Process Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Lead company-wide process documentation and process mapping efforts across core business functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish standards, tools, and governance for documenting, maintaining, and improving business processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure processes are scalable, transferable, and support consistent execution across subsidiaries.</p> </li><li> <p>Technology & Platform Strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and recommend enterprise platforms that improve operational visibility, reporting, and system integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with technology leaders to modernize legacy systems and strengthen enterprise architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Help guide integration of ERP, data platforms, analytics tools, and operational reporting environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Define best practices for platform governance, system ownership, and long-term scalability.</p> </li><li> <p>Data, Analytics & Visibility</p> </li><li> <p>Implement enterprise data frameworks that improve leadership visibility into operational and financial performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish data governance and reporting standards that enable reliable, consistent decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support executive and operational needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Innovation & Emerging Technology</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead pilot initiatives to test and deploy new technologies that improve efficiency, forecasting, and decision support.</p> </li><li> <p>Balance innovation with governance, security, and operational stability.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership & Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a strategic partner to leaders across operations, finance, technology, and business units.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives from concept through execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clear executive updates on progress, outcomes, risks, and value realization.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and develop a team over time, with potential to lead 2-3 direct reports (anticipated to include Business Analysis roles).</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational strategy, technology, or related roles. </li><li>Strong understanding of modern enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital architectures. </li><li>Experience working across multiple functions or business units to drive alignment and execution. </li><li>Proven success leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving technology, data, and process improvement. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Culture</p> <p>PBI-Gordon Companies offers a collaborative, employee-owned environment where accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement are valued.
