<p>Our Company</p> <p>Abode Care Partners</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the Primary Care practice.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create and manage provider logistics and facility coverage </li><li>Maintain 24/7 call schedules for all practitioners in the assigned region(s) inclusive of PTO requests </li><li>Manage the expense, CME, reimbursement, and payroll processes </li><li>Support new providers through the credentialing process and shadowing, as well manage collaborative agreements for providers in the region(s) </li><li>Serve as point of contact for providers for processes and medical group policies </li><li>Serve as a key contact to support regional clinical directors support account and relationship management and issue resolution </li><li>Support up to 60 providers in one or more regions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Practitioners, office personnel, and patients </li><li>Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative software </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Organizational and time management skills </li><li>Financial and accounting skills </li><li>Strong leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills </li><li>Understand health and safety standards and medical terminology </li><li>Travel up to 25% </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Abode Care Partners, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a leading provider of integrated medical services, caring for individuals from post-hospitalization to home in various settings ranging from skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.
