We are committed to serving the community and treating our patients as family.</p> <p>As a Faculty Behavioral Coordinator, you will teach behavioral health topics in both the clinical setting and weekly didactics. In this role, you will collaborate with the Center for Family Medicine, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Clinically, you will conduct psychosocial assessment interviews with patients and families to identify problems requiring social work interventions and treatment plans for appropriate services. These interventions include environmental needs, family or interpersonal conflict, grief issues, financial concerns and coping with physical and/or mental issues. The Faculty Behavioral Coordinator is a vital member of the health care team and interfaces daily with the providers to facilitate transitions of care.</p> <p>Cleveland Clinic provides numerous professional development opportunities. In the Center for Family Medicine (CFM), caregivers may join committees like population health or the belonging team, and this role specifically participates on the workplace violence team.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 8:30AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and organize Family Medicine Residency Behavioral Science Education, including rotational activities and conference presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clinical teaching through precepting, consultation, co-assessment and co-counseling with residents/attendings and their patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the recruitment process for new residents and faculty.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clinical counseling, family assessments and therapy to patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate mental health referrals/crisis management for Center for Family Medicine patients.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>PhD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology OR a PsyD OR a Master's Degree in Social Work</p> </li><li> <p>Documented formal training and experience in family systems</p> </li><li> <p>History of professional practice as a licensed independent counselor, social work or PhD</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the DSM IV R classification system</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed in the State of Ohio to provide independent clinical counseling</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong presentation, communication and training skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and electronic medical records</p> </li><li> <p>Family Therapy and academic setting experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>May require frequent sitting, standing and walking to various locations to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally may be required to lift items up to 25 pounds.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).</p>
