May include variable shifts, weekends, holiday and/or on-call hours. Performs other duties as assigned including floating to various units based on identified needs and clinical competency. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program. </li><li>BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program, or ADN with Professional Nursing Certification or ADN/Diploma </li><li>1-2 years of RN experience required </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE</p> <ul> <li>Licensed as an RN in state of practice </li><li>Approved CPR certification required within 90 days (Other certification per unit requirements: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP) </li><li>20 hours of continued education </li></ul>
