<p>JOB TITLE: Clinical Office Leader</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The Medical Staff Lead will work closely with the other members of the team to ensure exceptional clinic operations through effective and efficient patient and employee care. This individual is a culture leader that takes pride in creating a culture of excellence that drives the willingness of all our team members to take individual ownership of problems and opportunities.</p> <p>The Medical Staff Lead will be responsible for our Innovative Pain Care clinic(s), underneath an assigned Clinical Site Supervisor. This lead is responsible for general site operations and responding to customer complaints about the clinic(s).</p> <p>This position has the authority to oversee clinic personnel and provide directions for staff members.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be first point of contact for all clinical staff under their purview </li><li>Be part of various staff employee relations process with the division HR team </li><li>Work with divisional HR to facilitate HR initiatives at the clinic(s) under positions purview </li><li>Handle patient complaints in relation to the staff and the clinic(s) </li><li>Mentoring staff on HR topics as well as customer service and clinical care topics </li><li>Applies excellent customer service standards for all interactions with facilities providing data to OIW </li><li>Maintains patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines </li><li>Follow all HIPAA & OSHA standards </li><li>Other tasks as required by provider </li><li>Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of customer service experience </li><li>2+ years of health care experience preferred </li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Able to read, write and communicate in English </li><li>Have cognitive skills for math, decision making and excellent communication skills </li><li>Work in a temperature-controlled environment </li><li>Potential for contact with chemicals, blood borne pathogens, and exposure to infectious disease. </li><li>Able to lift 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques several times during shift </li></ul> <p>Shift: Monday- Friday</p> <p>In Person at the Franklin, WI clinic</p> <p>Occasional Travel may be required to Mequon and Mt pleasant as needed</p>
