<p>Description and Functions</p> <p>Open Until Filled</p> <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>The Building and Grounds Specialist performs advanced irrigation and water management duties while supporting the maintenance, repair, and overall operation of state facilities and grounds. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient water usage, maintaining safe and functional building systems, and preserving the appearance, safety, and integrity of public properties throughout the year. Responsibilities require technical expertise, independent judgment, and a strong commitment to preventative maintenance and operational excellence in both indoor and outdoor environments.</p> <p>This position is located in Cheyenne, a steadily growing community along the Front Range that remains true to its Old West heritage.
