<p>Join Our Memphis Team as a Multimedia & Social Media Specialist!</p> <p>We're looking for a Multimedia & Social Media Specialist who brings professional B2B social media experience, polished video production skills, and strong Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects expertise. This role is perfect for someone who can independently plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality story-driven content that elevates our brand across multiple platforms.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Pay Range: $28-$29/hour</p> <p>Travel: ~20% to branches for filming, photography, and interviews</p> <p>Location: Office-based, with your own dedicated creative workspace</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage, grow, and strategically plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube with a B2B mindset.</p> </li><li> <p>Film, storyboard, and edit high-quality original video content including customer interviews, branch stories, and employee spotlights.</p> </li><li> <p>Create polished, professional videos, not organic or event-style footage, aligned with our brand identity and storytelling expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Capture raw footage and photography during branch visits (travel required).</p> </li><li> <p>Produce content for our website and LMS, including employee recognition and training features.</p> </li><li> <p>Edit all video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required).</p> </li><li> <p>Create branded graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.</p> </li><li> <p>Write narrative-driven, keyword-rich captions optimized for each platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze performance data and adjust content strategy based on insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current with platform trends and apply them to a B2B audience.</p> </li><li> <p>Work independently while collaborating with the Marketing Specialist and Director.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience managing professional social media channels for a company or brand, specifically B2B or brand storytelling work.</p> </li><li> <p>A portfolio that includes videos you personally storyboarded, filmed, and edited (not stock, slideshow, event-only, or organic content).</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to deliver polished, professional videos similar to customer interviews on the Auto-Chlor feeds.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Facebook business audiences (not just Instagram).</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to produce content that is informative, narrative-driven, and aligned with brand messaging.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong design sense and experience with Photoshop/Illustrator.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and storytelling skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing brand's social presence and directly shape how our story is told online.
