In addition to, as a primary function, perform locksmithing, painting, carpentry, tile work, plaster, sheetrock, etc. </li><li>Employ service procedure & techniques indicative of first-class work. This includes planning of work, ensuring completion of work assignments in a timely and professional manner and the required paperwork/reporting as required. </li><li>Assist in the monitoring and coordination Building projects, performance, inspections and reporting. </li><li>Safe and efficient operation of all equipment, power and hand tools. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li><li>Familiarity with OSHA and Safety Standards. </li><li>Promote and contribute toward an overall effort in maintaining a high standard in the operation and appearance of the Building, as well as, tenant and peer relations through daily work practices </li></ul>
