<p>Position Summary The Senior Marketing Specialist role at Orlando Health is responsible for helping to lead and support the implementation of marketing and communications initiatives to enhance the health system's awareness, reputation, and market share, with this specific role supporting Orlando Health hospitals. This role involves managing multiple marketing projects, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, website content, collateral development, social media, video production, and events. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing and executing marketing projects within specific deadlines. Ensuring brand standards, quality, and efficiency. Providing creative input and analyzing campaign metrics. Coordinating and working within cross-functional teams, including internal and external partners. Meeting with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals. Managing reports and records to keep leadership informed. Maintaining excellent customer service and collaborative relationships. This position requires 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience, strong project management, communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Location 45 W. Crystal Lake St. Orlando FL 32806 Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities Essential Functions Assists Marketing & Communications leadership by overseeing and executing multiple marketing and communication projects with specific deadlines including campaigns, website content development, social and digital marketing initiatives and events. Able to maintain challenging timelines while ensuring brand standards, quality and efficiency. Provides creative input on projects. Gathers information, materials and resources needed to implement key projects. Provides succinct analysis of the campaign metrics. Assembles and coordinates project teams including operations, finance, human resources, vendors and others to support marketing and communication initiatives. Prepares the background materials required and facilitates meetings. Meets with key stakeholders to ensure marketing is supporting the strategic and business goals of the organization. Prioritizes projects based on business needs and goals. Ensures excellent customer service and successful working relationships with team members, customers, vendors and community leaders. Maintains records and reports necessary for the brand and content/communications director to keep executives and team members informed of activities. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other Related Functions Works as a team with other professionals within Strategic Communications and Brand Marketing and other internal and external customers with special projects as needed and requested. Other duties as assigned. Ability and desire to work with a project management system. Qualifications Education/Training Bachelor degree in business, communications, advertising, journalism or similar field. Licensure/Certification None Experience Three (3) to five (5) years marketing or communications related experience either in a corporate or advertising agency setting or 3 to 5 years of experience in a business environment. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
