<p>David Weekley Homes is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Nashville team. Project Coordinators provide administrative support to the operations team--including Sales, Construction, Warranty, and Project Managers.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process sales contracts and closings </li><li>Manage/apply for all building permits and work with local municipalities </li><li>Document, track and report on all building permit and start activities </li><li>Coordinate meetings and team events </li><li>Maintain accurate electronic files for each home </li><li>Pay invoices and utility bills </li><li>Order supplies </li><li>Additional support as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a dynamic team. </li><li>Excellent time management skills. </li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational skills. </li><li>High attention to detail and deal effectively with numerous interruptions. </li><li>Drive to get results from vendors, subcontractors, and management and a lack of phone reluctance. </li><li>Prior experience in residential home building and/or the permitting processes is a plus. </li><li>Strong customer service skills. </li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
