<p>RF Hardware Test Engineer</p> <p>Overview:</p> <ul> <li>We are seeking a highly skilled RF Hardware Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and production of advanced, high-reliability systems. In this role, you will design and execute test methods, analyze performance data, and ensure our RF hardware meets stringent quality and reliability standards. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines and play a critical role in supporting both product development and manufacturing. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement test methods, specifications, and procedures for RF hardware. </li><li>Perform detailed analysis and testing to verify performance characteristics and compliance with requirements. </li><li>Provide technical input for formal documentation during product development. </li><li>Support manufacturing during assembly and testing of deliverable hardware. </li><li>Assist in the production of complex, multi-function modules for high-reliability applications. </li><li>Troubleshoot designs, resolve integration issues, and deliver innovative solutions to technical challenges. </li><li>Work independently to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. </li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including quality, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines, as well as technicians and support staff. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Active Secret Clearance (required at time of application). </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). </li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles. </li><li>Proven experience troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues. </li><li>Hands-on experience with microwave test equipment. </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $79.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
