Be there to design each student's learning path based on their unique needs. Responsibilities How you'll do it: Utilize Catapult Learning models to teach knowledge, build confidence, and address student needs. Provide academic, social, and emotional support for students requiring extra assistance. Conduct assessments, develop data-driven plans, and collaborate with school staff and families to enhance student outcomes. Implement behavior support and crisis intervention strategies to ensure a safe learning environment. Maintain instructional materials, computer lab components, and a positive classroom atmosphere. Identify eligible students through testing and enroll them per Catapult Learning guidelines. Develop individualized lesson plans, behavioral assessments, and support plans. Supervise students, ensuring safe transitions to and from classrooms. Attend training, pass assessments, and deliver targeted instruction to eligible students. How we'll be there for you:? The role requires availability Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
