<p>The primary focus of this role is product integrity and completion.</p> <p>This is a working level position that requires a high level of aviation maintenance expertise and is directly responsible for the maintenance / workmanship performed under his/her direct oversight.</p> <p>§ Ensure personnel under his/her direct oversight perform maintenance in accordance with approved data</p> <p>§ Coach & mentor employees on proper maintenance techniques and procedures.</p> <p>§ Communicate needs to supervisor/manager.</p> <p>§ Process maintenance forms and authorize by signature and date after work is completed.</p> <p>§ Be familiar with contents and procedures described in the Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals.</p> <p>§ Notify the Director of Quality Assurance of suspected un-airworthy conditions found during the performance of his/her duties.</p> <p>§ Assure parts received from stock are properly identified.</p> <p>§ In the case of shelf-life material, assure they are not expired. If material is outdated, assure outdated materials are presented to his/her production lead and/or inspector for identification as nonconforming and for proper disposition.</p> <p>§ Accomplish his/her work in accordance with proper aircraft standards, manufacturer's approved data, FAA approved/accepted data, industry standards, or standard shop practices.</p> <p>§ Approximately 10 people Max</p> <p>§ Read, write, and understand English fluently.</p> <p>§ Ability to read and interpret maintenance data</p> <p>§ Ability to navigate and read drawings</p> <p>§ Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.</p>
