A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>MUFG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications Engagement Professional to enhance our Internal Communications, Engagement, and Training department and foster a strong organizational culture within the bank. This role will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and motivate our workforce and businesses as well as ensuring alignment with the bank's goals and values.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with other organizations within technology to gather information for various newsletters both weekly and monthly</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the collection of business unit information for management routines and ensure that deliverables are met on time</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate the analysis of employee engagement surveys and help leaders drive action plans and report on engagement programs to track recognition efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on facilitation of engagement events such as town halls, employee appreciation.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitating with the summer intern program, assisting in recruiting events, and organizing program activities which can include early evening events in other local offices and local offsite locations</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing learning paths and helping review and revise training offerings as business priorities shift</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with a high level of attention to detail and organization</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking as well as decision-making skills</p> </li><li> <p>Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive approach to work with ability to anticipate needs</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with other business functions and divisions to advance business objectives</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years' experience in communications, employee engagement or training role</p> </li><li> <p>Previous work at a financial services or technology firm preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities and recruiting events</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to take on work assignments with little direction, create/socialize a plan, and drive to completion autonomously, knowing when to engage for feedback/guidance</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to interact with all levels of management</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in data analysis and a solid understanding of business and financial markets, ability to produce reporting and provide commentary on it</p> </li><li> <p>Solid project management skills with exposure to technology</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze employee survey responses, identify and project signs of changing risk levels</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated track record of delivering positive results and working within time and budgetary constraints</p> </li><li> <p>Aptitude to prioritize and analyze a list of measurable product or service characteristics along with associated target values</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to reach an audience through effective and clear presentations, writing skills and excellent communication strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Implements effective training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives and facilitate reviews with stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Support governance function with meeting and material management as well as other ad hoc executive meetings as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications, computer science, business administration, or Finance related fields.</p> </li></ul> <p>The typical base pay range for this role is between $90K to 135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
