We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.</p> <p>The Business Operations and Strategy team at Google plays a critical role in defining and driving operational and organizational improvements across the company. The team, also known as "BizOps" (Business Operations), operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues including a core emphasis on driving Google's AI enablement efforts.</p> <p>Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business issues, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. These include shaping how we go to market with generative AI, defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world's first AI-native enterprise, developing monetization strategies across our consumer and busines-to-business (B2B) products, and exploring "moonshots" to find the next big idea. BizOps is at the forefront of Google's changing priorities, addressing operational issues and enabling innovation.</p> <p>The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
