<p>The Import Compliance Analyst is a highly tactical role responsible for ensuring all imported goods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position requires an action-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Regulatory Compliance:</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and enforce compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and other import requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate import documentation and ensure timely filing of customs entries.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Execution:</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve import issues quickly and effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Track shipments and proactively address delays or compliance risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Risk Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct audits of import transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement:</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
