If you're passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-driven culture, this is the place to be.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deliver accurate, insightful, and data- or experience-driven technical peer reviews during the design process. </li><li>Develop and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools. </li><li>Lead and deploy teams to successfully complete multiple projects on time and with high precision. </li><li>Select industrial hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, safety components, sensors, relays, and circuit protection devices. </li><li>Maintain positive, professional relationships across all organizational levels. </li><li>Ensure compliance with NEC, Electrical Standards for Industrial Machinery, and UL regulatory standards. </li><li>Demonstrate advanced proficiency in multiple PLC platforms, primarily Allen-Bradley, HMIs, and other control software. </li><li>Effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to large, cross-functional teams. </li><li>Support manufacturing operations, including BOM creation, engineering change notice processes, and product release documentation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC programming. </li><li>Strong expertise in controls engineering and integration. </li><li>Advanced skills in AutoCAD Electrical and engineering management. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of NEC, Electrical Standards for Industrial Machinery, and UL regulatory compliance. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. </li><li>10+ years of experience in controls or electrical engineering. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Highly skilled with Rockwell Studio 5000. </li><li>Familiarity with control panel fabrication processes and best practices for wiring. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role is primarily onsite with 15% travel required.
