Whether you're building cutting-edge infrastructure, supporting field operations, or driving business development, you'll play a vital role in upholding our core values and delivering on our business objectives.</p> <p>The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse operations by overseeing daily activities including the receiving, organizing, reconciling, and shipping of owned and consigned inventory. This role provides direction to warehouse staff, ensures compliance with Company policies and safety standards, and drives accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in support of supply chain objectives.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations and functional processes in collaboration with management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures </li><li>Provide clear direction, training, and oversight to warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety objectives </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and data transactions using multiple inventory systems, and report material requisitions and usage weekly </li><li>Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments, including backordered items; ensure all materials are inspected, recorded, labeled, and properly stored upon receipt </li><li>Oversee the fulfillment of requisitions, work orders, and material requests to ensure timely, accurate distribution </li><li>Ensure all customer-owned materials are received, tracked, and returned in compliance with established process documents; perform weekly reconciliations for accountability </li><li>Conduct quarterly physical inventories and cycle counts; analyze results and address </li><li>Monitor weekly material usage reports and coordinate with supply chain or field teams to address shortages, overages, or recurring demand trend </li><li>Maintain open communication with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to support timely material flow and issue resolution </li><li>Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety, DOT, and OSHA requirements </li><li>Operate Company vehicles and material-handling equipment as needed to pick up or deliver equipment </li><li>Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code; mark materials with identifying information </li><li>Ensure all customer owned incoming and outgoing materials are released and/or returned in compliance with Company process documents and perform weekly reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking and accountability variances </li><li>Input all verified PO receipts into ERP system and confirm data accuracy through review and audit </li><li>Safeguard warehouse operations and assets, promptly reporting concerns or violations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Job Duties: Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company's objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters.</p> <p>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.</p> <p>Education: High school diploma, general education (G.E.D.), or related trade school education</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Three years of progressive warehouse experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity </li><li>Forklift certification required </li><li>Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred </li><li>Ability to successfully complete forklift training and demonstrate the ability to operate the equipment </li><li>DOT medical card preferred, not required </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency </li><li>Ability to utilize an inventory management system and ERP tools to manage transactions and reporting </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Leads by example in promoting safety, accountability, and proper procedures within the team </li><li>Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage daily warehouse operations efficiently </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment for day-to-day decisions </li><li>Able to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet team and operational goals </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements </li><li>Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat, and frequently lift up to 100 pounds </li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required </li><li>Ability to walk and stand for long periods on varied surfaces in a warehouse environment </li><li>Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, or forklifts </li><li>Ability to work in various warehouse settings with moderate to loud noise levels </li><li>Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and outdoor loading areas (if applicable) </li><li>Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety guidelines </li><li>May be required to work irregular or extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits:</p> <p>At InfraServices, taking care of our people is a top priority.
