Although the preference is for this person to be based in the Greenville-Spartanburg, SC area or Southeastern United States, the position will be able to work remotely. Travel will be required per business and project need (25%), including travel to the corporate office in Duncan, SC.</p> <p>The Oracle Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the business through their implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Working as part of a cross functional team this role will focus on understanding, documenting and supporting IT applications (Existing and new) that support Integrated Business Planning. Experience with vendor selection, application implementation, and project management processes is essential. The Oracle Business Analyst will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Project management will involve the following activities:</p> <ul> <li>Research possible applications leveraging Magic Quadrant reports and other published vendor lists/scores/rankings </li><li>Create Request for proposal documents to support vendor selection </li><li>Create and establish relationships with identified software application Vendors </li><li>Schedule and execute meetings with software application vendors to support the vendor selection process </li><li>Story grooming, estimation, prioritization and sprint planning </li><li>Create project plans, assign tasks and perform project oversight </li><li>Communication of project status and key milestones to identified stakeholders </li><li>Work with management/team members/users to ensure project stays on schedule and negotiate/adjust resources and priorities </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited college or university </li><li>5+ years' experience as an Oracle business analyst (Supporting Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12) </li><li>3+ years Integrated Business Planning experience and implementation </li><li>2+ of planning skills that include: project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines </li><li>Strong process orientation with proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology-based implementation </li><li>Results-focused, tenacious, multi-tasking problem solver, capable of complex thinking and analysis </li><li>Proven ability to research, understand, and apply knowledge of the Oracle Application to business needs within the organization </li><li>Ability to train and provide support to users as required </li><li>Strong business acumen: Establish and maintain effective relationships, develop business cases and ROI's for solution design proposals </li></ul>
