Visit us at www.accenture.com.</p> <p>The Workplace Location Services Analyst acts as the true face of the firm, creating an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assists with executing and overseeing the activities required to ensure interiors meet Accenture policies and standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with employee services and requests, directing them to the appropriate resource.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with the team, local EQ, technology departments, and building management to ensure quality service leading up to, on event day, and following.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes relationships with internal (cross-functional) groups to ensure consistent delivery of service and appropriately resolving all escalations related to production shoots.</p> </li><li> <p>Being comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with executing and overseeing the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that all guests internal and building check requirements are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs daily walkthroughs throughout office space to ensure Accenture standards are met.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Full availability to work at onsite location 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and occasionally outside of these hours (7 am - 6 pm ET) </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of meeting planning experience in a hospitality or professional setting</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of planning and executing high-end internal and/or external client/customer-facing events</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Technology savvy with an interest in new generation technology-comfortable doing things a different way, trouble-shooting and recommending new technology</p> </li><li> <p>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS office suite</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Willing to step outside role to complete tasks in other areas of the Workplace</p> </li><li> <p>Passionate about customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous learner mindset-desire to grow quickly with a commitment to excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated problem solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to take ownership and make decisions independent of customer involvement (proactive)</p> </li><li> <p>Team player-desire to work as a team player while accepting substantial individual responsibility</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills (written and oral)</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Highly responsive, flexible and adaptable</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive thinker/action taker</p> </li><li> <p>High level of professionalism - demonstrated poise calm under fire.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with highly confidential material and maintain confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>Seeks out challenges and opportunities to grow</p> </li><li> <p>Business partner attitude and approach</p> </li><li> <p>High level of energy and love of work and business-genuine interest in business and willingness and desire to learn our business</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
