<p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Greets guests at the table. </li><li>Takes food and beverage order. </li><li>Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu. </li><li>Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption </li><li>Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines. </li><li>Serves food and beverages. </li><li>Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables. </li><li>Completes required side work. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One or more years high volume food service experience required. </li><li>Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stoop and kneel. </li><li>Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions. </li><li>Ability to count. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment </li></ul>
