This role is ideal for professionals passionate about child development, family centered services, and supporting children birth to three with developmental needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver high quality services through a transdisciplinary/primary service provider model, manage your own caseload, and work closely with families to support meaningful developmental progress.</p> <p>In this position, you will participate in the development and ongoing implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that services are timely, coordinated, and aligned with both family goals and state early intervention guidelines. You will maintain accurate and compliant documentation for service delivery and billing, keeping required provider profiles current and meeting established productivity expectations. Strong professional communication, independent judgment, and the ability to organize and prioritize work are essential to success in this role.</p> <p>This role also includes participating in team meetings, providing input on program improvement, completing administrative tasks such as timekeeping and mileage, and maintaining all required certifications and training.
