The practice offers guidance in key areas such as agentic AI infrastructure & hosting, modern cloud foundation, security and resiliency, full-stack FinOps, and cloud-native development approaches, ensuring that clients achieve agility, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. By aligning AI and cloud initiatives with business goals, the practice helps organizations realize the full potential of cloud innovation while navigating industry-specific challenges and regulations.</p> <p>You Are</p> <p>As a Portfolio Dispositioning Associate Manager, you will guide organizations through complex cloud transformation initiatives. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive cloud readiness and maturity assessments, develop strategic plans for cloud adoption, and evaluate cloud solutions and platforms. You will also perform application assessments, design migration strategies, and build compelling business cases at a portfolio level for clients embarking on their cloud journey.</p> <p>The Work</p> <p>Key Areas of Expertise</p> <ul> <li> <p>Agentic AI infrastructure and hosting</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud readiness maturity assessment, planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms & application assessment</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud migration planning</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud migration business case</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud strategy, cloud advisory and cloud transformation</p> </li><li> <p>IT infrastructure, datacenters, network and edge</p> </li><li> <p>IT operating model and FinOps</p> </li><li> <p>IaaS, SaaS and PaaS</p> </li><li> <p>AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in discovery, assessment, design, and migration of infrastructure & applications from on-premises to hybrid/public cloud.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience should have delivered application and infrastructure assessments for clients, providing a 7R application disposition</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with migration planning, grouping applications for phased migration based on assessment.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience evaluating cloud deployment models and recommending the most suitable model (for example, IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with discovery/assessment tools such as Cloudamize, Azure Migrate, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in developing cloud adoption business cases.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Associate level certification in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, OCI, Google, AWS)</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills to understand infrastructure & application data and interpret in meaningful way for cloud assessment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, etc.) and application architecture (2/3 tiers, monolithic, containers, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of one or more industry areas (e.g. hospitality, banking, aerospace, retail, supply chain)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated leadership, camaraderie, and teamwork in a multi-cultural professional setting</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a technology environment in designing and implementing solutions that meet the business needs within project timelines</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If You Have</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in computer science, engineering, physics or math preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of PaaS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud foundry, open shift, experience in virtualization platforms (e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of the DevOps processes and tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of 12 factor application and implementation</p> </li><li> <p>High-level understanding of SDLC and Agile</p> </li><li> <p>Industry specific experience (financial services, health & public services, resources, products, communications and media tech)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cloud native, containers and serverless architectures</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of cloud security, cloud managed services frameworks, tools and solutions</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
