Through publications, presentations, and advocacy, they amplify the voice of nursing and drive continuous improvement across the healthcare landscape.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Master of Science in Nursing with Clinical Nurse Specialist concentration is required.</p> <p>Doctorate of Nursing Practice with CNS concentration preferred.</p> <p>American Heart Association BLS is required.</p> <p>Current certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from a national credentialing body approved by the NC Board of Nursing or completed 1 year from the hire date is required or Pediatric/Neonatal/Adult CNS within three years of hire.</p> <p>More than 4 years as a Registered Nurse required.</p> <p>The CNS concentration may be substituted for a Master of Science in Nursing when accompanied by either:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Clinical Nurse Specialist certification with the NC Board of Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Post-master's certificate with a CNS concentration.</p> </li></ol> <p>Or CNS concentration may be substituted for Master of Science in Nursing degree along with one of the following:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Pediatric/Neonatal specific CNS program within one year of hire</p> </li><li> <p>Adult CNS program (for Women's CNS) within one year of hire</p> </li></ol> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Pay for Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist: $92,206.40 - $134,397.12</p> <p>Other Information</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm </li><li>Benefits and bonuses - ECU Health Employee Benefits | Benefits designed with you in mind </li><li>#LI-SG1 </li></ul> <p>ECU Health</p> <p>At the James and Connie Maynard Childrens Hospital, located at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, we are committed to caring for the kids of eastern North Carolina.
