<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in assigned department</p> <p>ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division/department. </li><li>Process payoffs and release titles in accordance with all collateral release policies </li><li>Request and prepare overnight packages for outgoing vehicle titles </li><li>Serve as back-up to the switchboard phone and reception desk </li><li>Perform various title audits, serve as backup for additional Title Department functions </li><li>Maintain appropriate files and records and distribute materials to department personnel, customers and others as necessary. </li><li>Composes, types, edits and proofreads correspondence and other documents when necessary. </li><li>Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. </li><li>Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements. </li></ul> <p>NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Performs all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE/SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>One (1) or more years of vehicle title experience preferred. </li><li>Good PC skills--proficiency in Word and Excel essential. </li><li>Good organizational skills. </li><li>Attention to details. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED required.</p> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
