<p>Description</p> <p>Solutionreach is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Product Analyst to support merchant onboarding and offboarding, ensure compliance with industry standards, deliver user training, and foster strong client relationships. This role also involves facilitating operational reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, customer service expertise, and a solid understanding of payment processing systems.</p> <p>Ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrates autonomy in their work, and adapts quickly as priorities evolve. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently with confidence, and brings strong analytical skills, customer service expertise, and a solid understanding of payment processing systems.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Data & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights. </li><li>Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports that support business decisions and operational transparency to scale. </li></ul> <p>Payments & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Apply in-depth knowledge of payment systems, including processing workflows, merchant account structures, and fee models. </li><li>Ensure compliance with surcharging laws, convenience fees, and PCI standards in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. </li><li>Innovate and implement new processes to address challenges such as historical account support and data reconciliation. </li></ul> <p>Merchant Lifecycle Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure seamless transitions. </li><li>Monitor client engagement levels, proactively identify at-risk accounts, and implement and execute strategic re-engagement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Client & Team Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships. </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align project goals and timelines. </li><li>Develop and deliver training materials, conduct user training sessions, and act as a liaison between support and product teams. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify and resolve issues in processes and projects. </li><li>Continuously seek ways to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, reporting, and fee structures. </li><li>Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. </li><li>Collaborative team player with experience working across departments. </li><li>Familiarity with payment processing systems and compliance standards. </li><li>Knowledge of PCI compliance and surcharging regulations (a plus). </li><li>Previous experience in healthcare finance or billing (preferred). </li></ul> <p>What does high performance look like?</p> <ul> <li>You exemplify our Credo: Team members first; Communicate clearly; Fearlessly lead and evolve; Bring our best selves </li><li>You consistently deliver outstanding results </li><li>You show a deep understanding of SR business priorities </li><li>You take ownership and initiative to push projects forward </li><li>You actively search for ways to create value and address problems </li></ul> <p>Is this role remote? We are a Virtual First company and those located within a 50-mile radius of our corporate headquarters operate on a hybrid work schedule. Employees living more than 50 miles out of Lehi, UT work remotely.
