<p>Jefferson is seeking a Program Manager to support The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Transit Administration's (FTA's) Office of Transit Safety and Oversight (TSO). TSO requires support to conduct structured reviews of the Oversight Tracking System (OTrak), FTA's system of record for all program oversight reviews, to assess system functionality, workflows, controls, and overall effectiveness of program operations. The project involves planning and executing system review activities, including document reviews, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of findings into clear, well-documented reports and briefings.</p> <p>The Program Manager provides day-to-day management, direction, and leadership for projects for several work streams simultaneously. Serves as the overall contract lead responsible for managing execution of FTA OTrak and other processing system reviews. This role provides strategic oversight, ensures compliance with FTA requirements, and serves as the primary point of contact with the Government.</p> <p>This role will be hybrid with the preponderance of the work being performed off-site and with some activities requiring on-site performance at FTA Headquarters, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.</p> <p>This position is being posted in preparation for a proposal and is not yet funded. Join us at Jefferson, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the single point of contact for FTA, managing all contractual, technical, and administrative communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and provide direction for the planning and execution of system reviews, including schedules, deliverables, staffing, and quality control.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistency and methodological rigor across reviews of OTrak and other FTA processing systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve all reports and briefings prior to submission to FTA.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in a business-associated field.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 10 years' experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or a related field.
