Hospice is looking for a PRN/On-Call Hospice RN for their new Hospice program. Come join our growing hospice team!</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>RN PRN/On-Call would be responsible for covering one weekend on-call per month (flexible!), additional hours if requested based on need and availability. This individual would be responsible for providing skilled and compassionate nursing care and support to patients and families and coordinating schedule with the Hospice Director of Nursing for patient care coverage. Would be responsible for response, triage, and visiting/assessing patients in a timely manner to ensure patient's needs are met. This position could have the potential to grow into part time or full time.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Must have current certification as a Registered Nurse with the state of Wisconsin. Exceptional communication, problem solving skills, and have a compassionate bedside manner.
