<p>SALARY (Non negotiable)</p> <p>Paygrade 17 with benefits package</p> <p>$72,446 - $98,238</p> <p>HOURS</p> <p>12 months, 40 hours, 260 days</p> <p>Contract Unit: This position is part of the supervisory support services bargaining unit</p> <p>FLSA: Exempt</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of relevant computer-related work experience, including experience supporting HR and Payroll systems (Preferred) OR high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant computer-related work experience, including experience supporting HR and Payroll systems (Required).</p> <p>Proficiency in Python, T-SQL, and C#; experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and other programming tools such as JavaScript or HTML is a plus.</p> <p>Experience with UKG Ready (Kronos) or similar HR/Payroll platforms is highly desirable.</p> <p>Experience designing, developing, or supporting BI dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred).</p> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.</p> <p>Demonstrated adaptability, customer service orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</p> <p>Ability and willingness to train groups/individuals in HR/Payroll application usage and documentation.</p> <p>Experience in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR and Payroll systems and integrations.</p> <p>Assist HR and Payroll staff with application usage, documentation, and training.</p> <p>Maintain and enhance application functionality, including upgrades and testing of new software versions.</p> <p>Develop and maintain scripts, queries, and routines for data transfer and system integration.</p> <p>Design, develop, and support BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.</p> <p>Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.</p> <p>Participate in project teams focused on HR/Payroll system enhancements and cross-functional initiatives.</p> <p>Respond to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p>
