<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The International Process Manager is responsible for managing International Service of Process (ISOP) Jobs from Start to Finish.</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>5+ years of experience handling contacts in other countries for status and handling of informal services, law firm work experience required </li><li>5+ years of experience serving legal processes internationally is required </li><li>Strategic approach to problem solving </li><li>Datatrac and Winserve experience </li><li>Bilingual preferred </li></ul> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Receive ISOP inquiries via email from clients, First Legal Coordinators, or other First Legal divisions. </li><li>Review the request to identify the destination country and service details. </li><li>Gather any missing information necessary to fully assess the client's needs. </li><li>Conduct research on country-specific service requirements under international conventions or practical methods. </li><li>Provide a comprehensive outline to the client via email </li><li>Perform a thorough needs analysis to ensure the service solution aligns with their objectives </li><li>Maintain high-level confidentiality with regards to all internal, external matters and other material as deemed necessary </li></ul> <p>Schedule/Location:</p> <ul> <li>Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm </li><li>Remote - AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MI, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WA, WV </li></ul> <p>About First Legal:</p> <p>We believe that diversity is integral to our success, and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, or any other basis protected by law.</p> <p>First Legal is the first truly comprehensive File Thru Trial solutions firm.
