As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various duties required on a screen press machine. Duties include loader, unloader, and dryer hand. This position could also work in the packout/finishing area of production.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate printing equipment </li><li>Load and unload materials onto the printing equipment </li><li>Monitor print quality and adjust as necessary </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process </li><li>Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in screen printing techniques </li><li>Detail-oriented. </li><li>Able to safely and efficiently operate needed equipment </li><li>Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs. </li><li>Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours. </li><li>Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen </li><li>Able to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need. </li><li>Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a regular basis. 6:30am- 5:00pm (30 Min. lunch) - Typically Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Paid personal, sick, and vacation days </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>401K available </li></ul>
