<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow (Hands-On) for a Remote role (preferred: Frisco, TX).</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Scoped Applications and Flow Design. This role goes beyond a generalist BA-it requires someone who can work directly within the ServiceNow platform, understand and design complex flows, and collaborate closely with developers in an Agile environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a ServiceNow SME with strong hands-on experience in Scoped Apps, ITSM modules, and Flow Designer </li><li>Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and flow designs within ServiceNow </li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs </li><li>Participate in client interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements </li><li>Make independent decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment </li><li>Ensure clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams </li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows and scoped applications </li><li>Support UAT and deployment activities as needed* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on ServiceNow </li><li>Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Scoped Applications, and Flow Designer </li><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities </li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Ability to make decisions independently and drive solutions forward </li><li>Experience with client-facing roles; Sumithra will be attending client interviews </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus </li></ul>
