This unique position supports the organization's goal to engage, inspire, connect, and raise awareness of the arts by working collaboratively with students and staff in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. Building upon the core responsibilities of a standard Specialist, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to deliver more advanced, strategic marketing solutions. This position is for professionals who have deepened their craft and possess specialized knowledge in specific business units, industries, or channels.</p> <p>Key Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Collects, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and disseminates data and trends relevant to</p> </li></ul> <p>ongoing or future marketing activities</p> <ul> <li>Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various </li></ul> <p>communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques -</p> <p>Department:</p> <p>Wisconsin Union, Strategy & Support, Integrated Marketing and Communications</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The starting salary for the position is $60,000 - but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.</p> <p>This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, competitively priced health/dental/vision/life insurance, tax-advantaged savings accounts, and participation in the nationally recognized Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) pension fund.</p> <p>For a summary of benefits, please see:</p> <p>https://www.wisconsin.edu/ohrwd/benefits/download/fasl.pdf</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of professional experience in full-lifecycle campaign management, specifically foscusing on marketing campaign and impact analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent software to develop and implement marketing plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven success in lead generation, demonstrating the ability to design and execute strategies that drive leads and revenue growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Account management experience. Ability to develop partnerships with unit managers and understand their operations and financial status.
