<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, 1st shift </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities </li><li>May work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc. </li><li>Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics </li><li>Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency </li><li>Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI's and submission of annual departmental budgets </li><li>Adhere to the company's standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company's values and competencies </li><li>Travel up to 50% </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
