<p>Provides and coordinates support to the Center for Academic Success Programs and the TRIO Student Success Program. TRIO Student Success is a federally-funded grant program.</p> <p>Major Duties</p> <ul> <li>Provides student support services to new and returning student success program students, including academic advising and teaching a First Year Experience course. </li><li>Coordinates the academic component of the TRIO Student Success Program. </li><li>Schedules mentor training sessions, evaluates mentor job performance and resolves conflicts and personnel issues. Trains academic mentors. Creates weekly activities. </li><li>Schedules student tutoring sessions with appropriate student employees.
