<p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Snow Tech is responsible for carrying out all snow removal tasks. Shifts are on-call, typically lasting 6 to 12 hours, often overnight, depending on the storm event. Extended hours may be required during larger snow events. The season begins with the first snowfall. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal including snow blowers, snow shovels, and e-pokes (salt spreaders). </li><li>Work with sidewalk crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>18 years of age or older </li><li>Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision </li><li>Have a smartphone (to download and use the BrightView attendance tracker App) </li><li>Have dependable transportation </li><li>You must attend and pass training and a background check </li><li>Able to work lawfully in the USA </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Be able to lift, push, or carry 50 to 60 pounds without restriction </li><li>Be able to repeatedly climb in and out of equipment. </li><li>Be able to work outdoors in freezing and wet weather conditions </li><li>Must have proper attire </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Outdoor work environment during the winter snow season </li><li>Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event.
