<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Processes a pipeline of complex FHA, VA, Non-Conforming, and Conforming mortgage transactions. </li><li>Ensures regulatory compliance with disclosure and verification requirements. </li><li>Ensures all documents are prepared and finalized in compliance with policies and procedures. </li><li>Reviews and verifies application information to prepare the application file for underwriting. </li><li>Provides excellent customer service to mortgage applicants, both verbal and written. </li><li>Provides feedback to management on loan activities based on loan level reporting. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills. </li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. </li><li>Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. </li><li>Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector or similar software is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Must have the ability to prioritize and organize competing assignments. </li><li>Must be detail oriented. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of experience managing and processing a diverse pipeline of complex mortgage transactions required. </li><li>College degree preferred. </li></ul>
