<p>The Graveyard Cashier & Barista is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, completing their beverage or food orders and efficient cash handling.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Sincerely greet and thank each guest. </li><li>Inform guests of hours/days of operation, all coupons and specials. </li><li>Take guests' orders efficiently, answering questions and offering suggestions. </li><li>Make various simple food items such as sandwiches. </li><li>Create various coffee beverages, smoothies, and teas. </li><li>Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods. </li><li>Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy. </li><li>Complete all side work requirements. </li><li>Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one year experience as a cashier or barista is preferred. </li><li>Able to operate espresso machine, panini press, microwave, and toaster. </li><li>Able to stand and walk continuously for 8 hrs. shift and repeatedly lift 15 lbs to chest. </li><li>Must be available to work any day of the week on graveyard shift including Holidays. </li><li>Must possess excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills. </li><li>Must be able to speak and understand English. </li></ul>
